Starting Conversations

From our first breath until our last, our lives are forever changing. Some want it, others try to run from it. Nevertheless, change happens. How someone accepts it, or doesn't, is not our business when we are walking with God.

Parenting comes with many challenges. Everyone has their unique style, and although it may not be perfect, is it perfect for that child? How do you parent when a child walks away?

Lord my God, I called to you for help,    and you healed me.
How many times have you gotten more than you expected from God and given little to nothing back in return to Him? Is God our help in the services we begged for, or our healer through the services he chose to render? When we ask for his help, are we really asking for his healing?
